Director - Is responsible for the oversight of the operations of the home services program, including the development of policies and procedures and a quality assurance and performance improvement plan, ensuring the program is fiscally viable and following and ensuring all regulatory standards are met while maintaining a quality program through person centered care, and effective hiring, training, scheduling, assessing and monitoring.
